Sunday School was established in the late 1700s so that children who worked in factories could learn about the Bible on their day off of work. Not only did it teach scripture, but it also taught children spelling and grammar. Today, kids around here no longer work in factories and Sunday School classes have been expanded to accept all ages. Yet, one thing remains unchanged here at Lydia: Sunday School is an opportunity for children and adults alike to gain a greater knowledge of God's word and a stronger relationship with His Son, Jesus Christ. Our Sunday School experience starts at 9:30 am every Sunday morning and has classes for babies and up. Come join us and experience Christ in a different way.
